Dogs have been part of my life for over 30 years.
Caring for them, working with them and understanding their needs has always come naturally to me — it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.

A Life With Dogs

My name is Geoff, and I’ve spent most of my adult life working hands-on with dogs.

In 1989, I founded a contract security company specialising in Canine Security Officers. All of the dogs were company owned, Rottweilers and a few German Shepherds, and were cared for at our kennels in Essex.

Each dog had an insulated kennel and plenty of space to move, rest and feel secure. Their welfare was always the priority.

Learning From Experience

I was fortunate to work alongside two retired ex-MOD Personal Protection Dog Trainers who trained the dogs, the handlers, and taught me invaluable lessons about canine behaviour, confidence and care.

That experience shaped the way I work with dogs to this day — calmly, patiently and with respect.

A Natural Move Into Pet Transport

Today, I’m no longer in the security industry, but my love for dogs has never faded.

Several times a year I travel by road from the UK to our family holiday home in Portugal, always with my own dog Simba “a very energetic black Lab”. Over time, friends began asking me to take their dogs too.

Seeing how relaxed the dogs were on these journeys made me realise how important calm, personal transport really is — and that’s what inspired this business.

Where We Travel To

Within the UK – We provide door-to-door dog transport nationwide across the UK.

Outbound (UK → Europe) – We transport dogs by road in our DEFRA-approved vehicles from the UK to:
France • Belgium • Netherlands • Germany • Switzerland • Italy • Spain • Portugal

Inbound (Europe → UK) – We also collect dogs across Europe and safely transport them back to the UK.
